I've spent more than 18 years working across international banking and HR, including 18 years in the UAE and now the UK. My career has given me a perspective that sits at the intersection of people, business, culture and compliance.

I understand what it is like to work inside complex, regulated organisations but I also understand that smaller businesses don't necessarily need a huge HR department. They need someone who can make HR understandable, practical and proportionate.
